First time here based on good reviews. Great fish and chips. Ordered fried flakes. Fish is fresh and not oily. The type of texture that I like. However the fish burger is not as delicious as I would prefer it to be. Dry and slightly bland. Friendly service. Most people takeaways as there are only 2 small tables available for dine in. Would be nice if there were more tables available.

Here’s the deal, I never leave reviews, but today that changes. If you are a pineapple fritter connoisseur such as myself, this is the place to go. Seriously the best I’ve ever had. Just look at the picture. The fish was also delicious and crispy. I feel that in the modern day it’s hard to find a good fish and chippy, but rest assured that this place will bring back your faith. Flake was cooked ok, reasonable size but did not taste fresh to me - more like a frozen piece but I could be wrong. Calamari was OK, light batter, well cooked. Patato cake was simply oily, so much so it was difficult to eat and none of it had any salt. All in all its OK for the cost.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but today changes. I ordered the lunch pack with a hotdog on the side. Let’s start off with the misses, the chips were pretty standard. HOWEVER, the flake, potato cake, and dim sims were absolutely phenomenal, not to mention the delicious and light batter. Would highly recommend the flake.
